San Francisco Unicorns register second win in MLC

With their second victory in the ongoing MLC season, San Francisco Unicorns progressed to the third spot in the standings.

The San Francisco Unicorns (SF) defeated the Los Angeles Knight Riders (LAKR) by 21 runs to claim their second victory and move up to third place in the standings of the Major Cricket League (MLC). The Knight Riders, on the other hand, have yet to win a match and are at the bottom of the standings at the moment.

Before restricting the Los Angeles Knight Riders to 191/5, the Unicorns scored 212/7 in their 20 overs. With a six and a four in the second over, Matthew Wade gave the Unicorns a strong start. He proceeded to bat wonderfully to help the Unicorns reach 87/0 in seven overs, Finn Allen joined the celebration by hitting Adam Zampa for a six and a four. With Allen out for 20 runs off of 19 balls in the eighth over, Knight Riders captain Sunil Narine made the first breakthrough for his team.
